Trees of Note
Six of the best
Hello, and a cheery wave to all the people who have signed up in the last few days after a surprise mention by the lovely people at Outdoor Photography magazine (in excellent company alongside
, and ) or via the latest gallery newsletter (sign up here if you like). Also a special thanks for who took the time to pop into the gallery today and say hello in person. It’s good to be reminded that at least some of the stuff I throw at the internet does actually get seen! For the last few weeks I’ve been completely flat out making prints for an assortment of new exhibitions around Brighton and Hove (more on this soon) and haven’t had nearly enough time to make new work of my own. As I cycled around the city I began to spot these patterns plastered all over town and I started to photograph the…

It wasn’t until I moved away that I realised how tree-y Brighton was. I’m pleased to see it still has them in unlikely places. Thanks for sharing.
Really nice to meet you today Finn - next time I'll remember to actually buy something!
